The withdrawal function allows you to get back your collateral which is not currently locked for an outstanding loan.

Background operations

1. Fuji withdraws 1 ETH from Compound

2. Fuji redirects 1 ETH to the user

3. Fuji burns the collateral token (1 FujiETH) of the user
